are final. There are no refunds. We have a quality check

for every product after fitting, so the product is sent only after ensuring quality.
Eyeglasses
• The product not fit you or received a damaged product due to mishandling
post-delivery with visible damage to
the product can be eligible for a return request.
• In this case, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to check
and approve the return request.
• For an eligible return, the item must be in the same condition in which you
received it, including all original
packaging and with the tag intact, including the invoice.
• We are unable to accept returns without the original packaging, invoice, and
product in a used condition.
• You can choose the same frame & same lens package or a different frame or
different lens package. Any additional
amount for the upgrade will have to be paid by you.
Returns To Be Avoided in the following cases:
• For power adjustment, especially progressive and bifocal lenses, it can take
as much as 7-10 days to adjust to
your eyes.

Warranty Policy
• 1 year warranty for lens coating peel off.
• Warranty claims can be made for a frame manufacturing defect.
• No warranty for physical damge or frame breakage.
